Senior HRIS Systems Analyst - Remote Position

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior HRIS Systems Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you will partner with the Sr HRIS Manager to develop, maintain, and optimize HR reports and dashboards using Power BI and other data analytics tools. This position is crucial for supporting day-to-day reporting tasks, ensuring data accuracy, and creating actionable insights for various stakeholders across the company.

What You'll Do

  • Develop HR reports and dashboards primarily in Power BI using data from ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS platforms.
  • Automate reports using Power Automate Workflows and other automation tools.
  • Ensure reports are accurate and delivered to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights on key metrics such as turnover, employee engagement, and workforce demographics.
  • Support the creation of Department Level KPIs and review reports daily for any data integrity issues.
  • Conduct data audits and validation checks to support data governance policies.
  • Collaborate closely with HR teams to gather reporting requirements and provide ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Assist in developing training materials to help users leverage HR data more effectively.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with Power BI and Power Automate, including Power Query and data visualization.
  • 6+ years of HRIS data experience with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint site design and expert-level Excel skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, particularly ADP Workforce Now.
  • Strong knowledge of DAX, ETL, and data validation techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HaloPSA, Relias LMS, or Palantir Dashboards.
