Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a global context.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, including talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus.
