What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable web applications and APIs that serve both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform functional visions into actionable roadmaps with clear outcomes.
- Develop and maintain public APIs that are part of our API Product suite, ensuring they meet the needs of our users.
- Work on complex engineering problems, honing your technical and project management skills.
- Support internal business units by providing shared engineering services and functionalities.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge gaps between customer needs and technical requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and building scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and analytical databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize critical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working collaboratively in a diverse, cross-functional environment.
- A high degree of initiative and ownership, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
