About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team at TRM Labs. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer remote, you will play a crucial role in building reliable and scalable software solutions that protect civilization. Our mission is to create a safer world through blockchain intelligence, tackling critical challenges such as human trafficking and financial fraud.

What You'll Do

• Work on complex engineering problems that enhance your technical and project management skills.
• Develop and maintain public APIs as part of our API Product suite.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform functional visions into tangible roadmaps with clear outcomes.
• Support internal business units through shared engineering services and functionalities.
• Build cross-functional relationships to empower the mission from end to end.

Requirements

• Experience designing and building scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services.
• Understanding of storage systems such as relational databases (e.g., Postgres).
• Ability to bridge customer pain points with technical and product requirements.
• High initiative and ownership with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Exceptional problem structuring skills to prioritize critical issues.
• Effective communication of complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working collaboratively in a diverse, cross-functional environment.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with Node.js (not required but beneficial).
• Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Familiarity with customer support processes and tools.
