About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team at Arbolus. This remote role is focused on expert retention, where you will contribute to building features that enhance user engagement on our platform. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will work with a tech-driven approach, utilizing your expertise in React, .NET, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
What You'll Do
- Own features end-to-end: from design to implementation and iteration.
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams to translate business goals into effective solutions.
- Utilize metrics and experiments to enhance user retention and engagement.
- Leverage AI-powered tools in your daily workflow to optimize development processes.
- Report directly to the Engineering Manager, contributing to a cross-location team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of professional backend development experience.
- Proficient in .NET, PostgreSQL, and React.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, and GitHub.
- Comfortable making data-driven decisions to guide development.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, cross-location team environment.
