About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer (React Native) to join our dynamic team at Gyga Force. This role offers the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing Series-B startup located in San Francisco's SoMa district. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building an AI-first social media management platform that helps brands convert followers into loyal customers. This position is hybrid, allowing you to work from home or in the office.
What You'll Do
- Build a Modern Cross-Platform Creator App: Utilize React Native and TypeScript to create polished, high-performance experiences for both mobile and web applications.
- Optimize Speed & Experience: Take ownership of performance metrics, ensuring a fluid user experience by eliminating lag and tracking UI latency.
- Create Rich Interactions & Motion: Design and implement elegant animations and motion behaviors that align with the brand's identity.
- Develop a Unified Design System: Collaborate with design teams to establish scalable design tokens and a shared component library across platforms.
- Enhance Social Workflows: Design seamless user experiences that integrate naturally into creators’ daily activities.
- Collaborate and Iterate Rapidly: Prototype quickly using tools like Figma, test with real users, and refine based on feedback and metrics.
- Deliver at Scale: Implement feature flags and manage OTA updates while building robust monitoring systems.
- Lead and Strategize: Help shape the product roadmap, define frontend standards, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of real-world app development experience, with at least 3 years in React Native.
- Mastery of React Native and TypeScript, including navigation, state management, and performance profiling.
- Strong visual and UX sensibility, with the ability to create pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces.
- Experience in structuring scalable frontends and maintaining intuitive user flows.
- Independent and impact-oriented, comfortable working through ambiguity.
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.

- Experience with React Native Web.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Previous experience in a startup environment.
