What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for mobile applications.

  • Optimize application performance, focusing on rendering efficiency, memory usage, and app startup time.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data flows effectively.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of team practices.
  • Take ownership of your work, ensuring that you meet the expectations set by your team and clients.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Flutter development.
  • Strong understanding of Dart, Flutter’s widget tree, and rendering pipeline.
  • Experience designing scalable and maintainable mobile architectures.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality UI with attention to detail and platform-specific behaviors.
  • Experience with React Native and native iOS/Android development is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.

  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
