About the Role

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support or field service role.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central and SaaS applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Technical documentation skills are a must.
- Experience in customer support and service-oriented environments.
