About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do
- Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and clients, ensuring timely communication.
- Oversee project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
- Implement workflow optimization strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in preparing performance metrics and reports for management.
- Support team leadership by organizing team events and meetings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
