About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead client engagements, ensuring successful implementation of our AI-driven analytics solutions. As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives and enhance customer success through data governance and analytics.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for customer engagement and success.
• Utilize your expertise in AI & ML models to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on our analytics tools and methodologies.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet client goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engagement management or a similar role, particularly in a remote capacity.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven insights and data analytics.
• Proven track record in project management and customer success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with tools like Gainsight and ServiceNow is a plus.

• Experience in SaaS sales and strategy.
• Familiarity with big data technologies.
• Previous consulting experience in a technology-focused environment.
