About the Role

Core Clinical Partners is seeking a Senior Director of IT to lead our technology initiatives in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in ensuring our IT infrastructure supports our mission of delivering exceptional patient care through innovative technology solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable IT infrastructure that enhances clinical and operational functions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on emerging technologies and IT best practices.
  • Oversee the management of core technology platforms, ensuring reliability and security.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative healthcare IT solutions, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and predictive analytics.
  • Establish cybersecurity policies to protect sensitive patient data and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Lead large-scale IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Develop and manage the annual IT budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT systems and regulatory standards, including HIPAA.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Healthcare CIO or CISSP.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
