Senior Design Sourcer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Design Sourcer to join our team at Brex, an AI-powered spend platform. As a Senior Design Sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in building our design talent pipeline. This position allows you to work remotely while collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry. You will help us identify, engage, and nurture world-class designers who shape how our products look, feel, and function. What You'll Do

• Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for design roles using recruiting platforms, creative communities, portfolio sites, and professional social networks.
• Build and maintain diverse, high-quality design talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized, thoughtful outreach.
• Support evaluation of design portfolios, focusing on craft quality, systems thinking, and user-centered design approaches.
• Partner closely with recruiters and design leaders to calibrate candidate profiles, craft standards, and pipeline priorities.
• Track sourcing metrics such as response rates, pipeline conversion, and diversity indicators to optimize strategy.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.
• Support employer branding efforts within the design community through social engagement and event participation.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing or recruiting for design roles including Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership.
• Strong sourcing experience with AI tools and expertise across platforms such as LinkedIn and other talent networks.
• Ability to understand and evaluate design portfolios, craft quality, and user-centered thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for personalized candidate engagement.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sourcing performance and improve strategy.
• Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent sourcing.
• Ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience building design pipelines across multiple geographies (e.g., US, Canada, LATAM).
• Familiarity with market intelligence, talent mapping, or compensation benchmarking for design roles.
• Experience supporting employer branding or talent marketing initiatives within the design community.
• Prior experience sourcing for high-growth technology companies or startups.

• The expected salary range for this role is $108,819-$142,380 per year.
