About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Data Scientist remote to join our innovative team at CVS Health. In this role, you will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to develop advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions that enhance performance across retail, pharmacy, and financial domains. You will be instrumental in building agentic AI systems, predictive models, and scalable data products using modern cloud platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions that drive business performance.
  • Build predictive models and scalable data products utilizing Google Cloud (BigQuery, Vertex AI, ADK) and Palantir Foundry.
  • Design and implement robust data pipelines and algorithms for scalable analytics and AI applications.
  • Translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience delivering analytical or AI solutions with measurable business impact.
  • 2+ years of programming experience in Python, SQL, or PySpark.
  • Experience with business intelligence or dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • 2+ years working in a cloud environment such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to present findings to senior leadership.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry.
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, or payer analytics background.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning and predictive modeling.
