Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Research Analyst or similar role, with a focus on healthcare data.
• Proficiency in statistical software (R, Python) and data visualization tools (Tableau).
• Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
• Experience in business development and performance marketing is a plus.
