Senior Cyber Security Project Manager - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will collaborate with various technical teams to deliver objectives and monitor, track, and report on the status and metrics of each initiative within the Cyber Portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee project management aspects of planning and implementing initiatives to meet business requirements securely.
  • Develop program/project plans, draft risk registers, and obtain required approvals.
  • Produce project management deliverables such as governance models, implementation plans, and monthly updates.
  • Ensure projects adopt an agile approach to workload management and scope.
  • Develop and maintain a program/project status dashboard.
  • Report progress regularly to management and program sponsors.
  • Work with the project team to enable and support initiatives, including business analysis and change management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure they are met by new or enhanced cyber security operational processes.

Requirements

  • University Degree or College Diploma in computer science, engineering, or business administration.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in information technology or cyber security.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a Project Management Specialist overseeing a project team for cyber security solutions.
  • Two (2) years of business analysis experience in IT projects, preferably in Cyber Security.
  • Ability to translate business needs into application solutions and write clear documents for a technical audience.

Nice to Have

  • SCRUM Master Certification.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience with supporting Cyber technology projects or Cloud projects (Microsoft Azure).
  • Fluency in French will be considered an asset.
