About the Role

Join Globant as a Senior Business Analyst in a remote capacity, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming business processes for our clients. What You'll Do

  • Conduct strategic analysis and manage stakeholder relationships across Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate requirements.
  • Facilitate client-facing meetings, leveraging strong listening and presentation skills to document project needs professionally.
  • Articulate complex business requirements and process flows for both technical teams and senior leadership effectively.
  • Support change management principles by documenting and communicating new processes for smooth workforce adoption.
  • Utilize analytical and mathematical skills to understand interdependencies across supply chain processes.
  • Analyze current operational processes and define future-state business processes with attention to detail.
  • Conduct detailed analytical work to support decision-making and translate data into actionable requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring high-quality documentation and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in Supply Chain, Strategic Operations, or Project Management.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, project management, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with JIRA is a plus.
