• Utilize your technical skills in Python and Cypress to create robust automation testing frameworks.

• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in automation and project management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in automation and AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automation solutions, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and technologies, including no-code platforms and rapid prototyping.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with testing frameworks like Pytest.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and integration processes.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights for process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
