Senior AI Engineer - Azure Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior AI Engineer to join our growing AI practice at Delaware. As a Senior AI Engineer remote, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions for enterprise clients across various industries including manufacturing, retail, and healthcare. You'll work closely with our Lead AI Architect and cross-functional teams to build production-ready AI systems that transform business operations using Azure's AI ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI Service, including GPT-4, embeddings, and multimodal models.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases for enterprise knowledge management.
• Implement AI solutions using Azure Copilot Studio and custom frameworks.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, and NLP.
• Create multi-agent systems using Lang Chain and Azure AI services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development with production deployments.
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and expertise in Python for AI/ML development.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.

Nice to Have

• Experience building multi-agent systems with complex reasoning and tool use.
• Understanding of MLOps tools and practices.
• Relevant AI/ML certifications from AWS, Google Cloud, or other platforms.
