What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, caring, and professional service by assessing client needs and assisting with arch support fittings.
• Actively engage with customers to find the best solutions for their individual needs through hands-on demonstrations.
• Build strong client connections and create positive interactions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to store sales goals and team selling processes while delivering meaningful client experiences.
• Assist with employee recruiting and help train new teammates to foster a supportive environment.
• Work alongside management to ensure team members and clients are comfortable and well-informed.
• Demonstrate openness to feedback and initiate self-development based on assessments from leaders and peers.
• Embrace our mission and values while partnering with the team to enhance store sales and KPIs.

• Competitive salary ranging from $50,500 to $72,500, including a base salary of $45,000 plus uncapped bonus incentives.
