What You'll Do

- Provide exceptional service to meet customer needs while adhering to company policies.
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitors and market conditions to inform superior and principals.
- Update coverage plans and customer information, preparing monthly reports punctually.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely transmission on a daily basis.
- Manage customer visit reports and ensure accurate processing and transmission.
- Address and report customer issues to superiors for resolution.
Requirements
- Thai Nationality, male or female.
- Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field.
- A few years of experience in a similar position is advantageous.
- Result-oriented with a strong sense of integrity.
- Proficient in computer literacy and analytical skills.
