About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team remotely. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative industrial solutions across designated regions, including Shenzhen and Guangzhou. What You'll Do

  • Lead sales efforts for after-sales service products, achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
  • Manage the sales process effectively, including follow-ups, opportunity tracking, quotations, and accounts receivable management.
  • Focus on developing after-sales business for new equipment, renewing service contracts, and following up with lost customers.
  • Analyze customer needs and collaborate closely with internal teams to provide comprehensive after-sales service solutions.
  • Provide timely market information and work with the marketing team to develop products and business models that align with market demands.
  • Continuously learn and apply product knowledge and sales tools.
  • Adhere strictly to the company's Code of Conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Thermal and Power Engineering, Process Equipment and Control, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial product sales.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
