About the Role

What You'll Do
- Lead sales efforts for after-sales service products, achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
- Manage the sales process effectively, including follow-ups, opportunity tracking, quotations, and accounts receivable management.
- Focus on developing after-sales business for new equipment, renewing service contracts, and following up with lost customers.
- Analyze customer needs and collaborate closely with internal teams to provide comprehensive after-sales service solutions.
- Provide timely market information and work with the marketing team to develop products and business models that align with market demands.
- Continuously learn and apply product knowledge and sales tools.
- Adhere strictly to the company's Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Thermal and Power Engineering, Process Equipment and Control, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial product sales.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
