Sales Development Representative - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and connected Sales Development Representative to join our team at Haven Safety AI. As a Sales Development Representative remote, you will play a crucial role in our mission to redefine occupational safety through AI technology. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, and generating qualified opportunities with safety leaders across various industrial sectors.

What You'll Do

  • Research, identify, and engage potential customers across target industries.
  • Develop tailored outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) that resonate with safety leaders.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, uncovering real pains and readiness for AI-driven safety solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and GTM leadership on refining messaging, segmentation, and outbound strategy.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities for Account Executives and leadership.
  • Represent Haven at industry conferences, webinars, and events.
  • Act as the “voice of the market,” sharing insights from conversations with safety leaders back into product and marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development at a leading EHS software provider.
  • Strong understanding of incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, CRM platforms, and Apollo.io.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Comfortable designing and scaling a sales function from scratch.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • U.S.-based with the ability to travel for customer meetings and conferences as needed.
