Resident Works Supervisor II - Geotechnics
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Resident Works Supervisor II to join our team remotely. This role will involve overseeing the Landslip Prevention and Mitigation Programme in Hong Kong, ensuring the successful execution of a 30-month project aimed at upgrading substandard government features. As a Resident Works Supervisor II, you will play a critical role in shaping a better world through effective project management and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Supervise site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
- Monitor the implementation of hazard mitigation works in designated areas.
- Review and approve work plans and schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and report on project status.
Requirements
- Certificate from a recognized institution in Hong Kong or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience as a skilled worker in construction or a related field.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English at a Secondary 3 standard or above.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
