What You'll Do
- Provide therapeutic training and support to clients remotely, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and resources.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Utilize various digital tools and platforms to facilitate remote training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training methods as needed to meet their evolving needs.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources that enhance client engagement and learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience in youth support, mental health, or community resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Learning Management Systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Nice to Have
- Master's level social worker or counselor certification.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Experience in curriculum development and digital asset management.

Who Will Succeed Here
