What You'll Do

• Produce high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, and online help guides.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand technical specifications and translate them into user-friendly content.
• Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product changes and enhancements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical writer or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
