We are seeking a Remote Tech Product Manager to lead our Data Platform Products at Neon. What You'll Do

• Own the product lifecycle, balancing new features with technical debt and managing the product roadmap.
• Utilize our framework to ensure that 100% of team efforts generate tangible value or technical maturity.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, understanding the tech stack to discuss architectural trade-offs and tool choices.
• Mentor less experienced Product Managers and serve as an internal reference for best product practices.
• Transform complex credit infrastructure into self-service business capabilities.
• Act as the decision-making interface between business centers (Cards, Payroll, etc.) and Engineering, translating business objectives into predictable technical deliverables.
• Reduce Time-to-Market for credit models and datasets by applying operational excellence.

Requirements

• Advanced analytical skills to support product decisions.
• Proven experience in creating clear impact by prioritizing opportunities aligned with business goals.
• Strong communication skills for organized and active discussions to advance product vision.
• Experience with data platforms or Machine Learning is a critical differentiator for this senior-level position.
