About the Role

This role is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to impactful health interventions.

What You'll Do

  • Design and architect scalable solutions that integrate behavioral science with AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Precision Nudging health interventions.
  • Utilize data science techniques to analyze user behavior and improve engagement strategies.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Participate in the onboarding process of new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral science principles and their application in technology.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in designing scalable architectures and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with health tech industry standards and regulations.
  • Experience in user experience design and user research methodologies.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
