About the Role

We’re hiring a Remote Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at LINQ. As a Remote Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in empowering K-12 district teams to do more with less. Our mission is to transform K-12 school operations with best-in-class, cloud-based software solutions.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain software solutions that integrate finance, HR, nutrition management, and payments into a single, secure platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues.
Implement best practices in software development and ensure high-quality code.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Continuously improve software performance and user experience.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Remote Software Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Go and Swift.
Experience with cloud-based software development.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in the EdTech industry.
Familiarity with K-12 school operations.
