We are looking for a Remote Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at ZenBusiness Inc. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our diverse product suite that empowers entrepreneurs across the nation. What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions in an agile, AI-first environment.
  • Build and maintain full-stack applications using React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend, with Python utilized where appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business and user needs into well-designed technical solutions.
  • Apply and advocate for coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines, ensuring code is clean, maintainable, well-tested, and secure.
  • Utilize and integrate supporting technologies such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Snowflake, and Confluence to enable scalable infrastructure, data-driven insights, and effective documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in React, Node.js, and Python, with a solid understanding of their ecosystems.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of documentation tools such as Confluence.
