This position is crucial in ensuring alignment across executive leadership and department heads while driving execution and maintaining accountability. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved on schedule and within scope.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure clarity, accountability, and successful execution.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and adjusting plans as business needs evolve.
• Monitor project progress, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of key organizational priorities.
• Implement projects in the field, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in operations or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage time effectively.
