About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Senior Human Resources Manager to join Flatiron Energy, a company dedicated to developing innovative energy storage solutions. What You'll Do
- Own employee relations matters end-to-end, from candidate hiring to new hire training to employee performance management.
- Organize and run annual and quarterly performance review cycles, including communications, manager enablement, and completion tracking.
- Partner with leadership to drive consistency in performance management and hiring workflows.
- Advise leadership on best practices and develop career progression plans for employees.
- Create new tools and protocols to enhance people operations and effectiveness.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Experience in a startup or dynamic work environment is a plus.
