About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Senior Fullstack Developer to join our innovative team at Kodify Media Group. As a leading media company with over 15 years of success, we produce world-class video content and manage high-traffic websites that reach millions of users worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented developer to contribute to a platform that supports close to 100 million unique visitors each month.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain both server-side and client-side applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and domain experts to understand project requirements and limitations.
  • Minimize API response times using the best tools available, including metrics and distributed tracing.
  • Take ownership of your code and tasks, providing feedback on the development lifecycle and processes.
  • Be a driving force in improving the product and achieving team goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of full-stack development experience.
  • Expertise in the React and Node.js ecosystems.
  • Solid experience with NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency with Docker and browser APIs, DOM, and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI development and its application in web development.
  • A strong team player with a passion for mentoring and problem-solving.
  • Advocate for clean code and architecture.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Express, Fastify, GraphQL, RabbitMQ, AWS, Next.js, Redux, Styled Components, and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience in high-traffic websites and understanding of Agile principles.
  • Familiarity with Git and JIRA.
  • Experience working remotely and contributing to open source projects.
