About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Counsel - Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and representation in various litigation matters, ensuring our organization navigates complex legal challenges effectively. As a Remote Senior Counsel - Litigation, you will play a crucial role in shaping our legal strategies and protecting our interests.

What You'll Do

• Provide legal counsel on litigation matters, including regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
• Develop and implement legal strategies for complex litigation cases.
• Manage e-discovery processes and collaborate with external counsel as needed.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Advise on consumer finance and commercial litigation issues.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on complex litigation and regulatory matters.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ESG data collection and sustainability reporting.
• Familiarity with Anaplan and agile project management.
• Prior experience in financial services or consumer finance litigation.
