Team Rubicon is seeking a Remote Senior Associate - Institutional Giving to join our Development x Institutional Giving team! As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in advancing our strategic fundraising goals while fostering meaningful relationships with our passionate donor base. This Remote Senior Associate - Institutional Giving position requires navigating complex organizational structures, budgets, and calendars to inform proposals, access grant opportunities, and ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate reports.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet institutional giving goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing donors.
  • Research and identify grant opportunities that align with Team Rubicon's mission.
  • Prepare and submit grant proposals that effectively communicate our impact and needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights for proposals.
  • Monitor and evaluate grant performance and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with grant requirements and deadlines.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy of the Development team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in grant writing or institutional giving.
  • Strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising strategies and best practices.
