About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Security Engineer specializing in Application & AI Security to join our innovative team. What You'll Do

  • Design and implement security solutions for applications and AI systems.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
  • Develop and maintain security frameworks and policies in line with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
  • Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of security processes and tools.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on security best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Security Engineer with a focus on application and AI security.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, OWASP, and secure coding practices.
  • Experience with vulnerability management and penetration testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite).
  • Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and security testing tools.
  • Knowledge of DDoS protection and Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
