As a Remote Salesforce System Administrator, you will engage with senior stakeholders, navigate complex financial situations, and drive recovery outcomes that protect our financial position while maintaining partner trust.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute inKind's B2B recovery strategy across our restaurant partner portfolio.
  • Independently manage complex, high-dollar, and high-risk accounts.
  • Lead negotiations with ownership groups and operators to achieve favorable recovery outcomes.
  • Engage senior restaurant stakeholders as a peer while navigating sensitive financial situations.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track and manage recovery processes effectively.
  • Analyze financial performance, cash flow, and risk to inform recovery strategies.
  • Maintain composure and authority in high-stakes negotiations.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and effective resolution of accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B negotiations, particularly in financial recovery.
  • Strong understanding of business performance metrics, cash flow, and financial risk.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Ability to interpret P&Ls and contractual obligations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Calm under pressure with a proven track record in high-stakes situations.
  • Independent and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes.
  • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus.
