What You'll Do

- Maintain regular communication with your Talent Team Lead.
- Be responsible for your performance and personal development.
Requirements
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated service orientation and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work at least 25 hours per week, especially on Mondays.
- Proficient in using Windows computer (minimum Windows 10) and wired equipment (mouse, keyboard, headset, camera).
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
