Requirements

- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Klaviyo, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with email marketing and lead generation techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
