Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales development or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Klaviyo, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and lead generation techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

  • Experience in B2B sales within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of content marketing and copywriting.
