About the Role

We are hiring a Remote Revenue Operations Analyst to join our innovative team at TrueML. This role is pivotal in shaping our revenue operations and ensuring seamless integration across departments. As a Remote Revenue Operations Analyst, you will leverage your technical expertise in Salesforce and Gong to optimize our revenue processes and enhance customer experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary Salesforce administrator, managing backend configurations and ensuring data integrity across the sales funnel.
  • Configure Gong to track sales objections and client churn signals, optimizing performance for both Sales and Client Success teams.
  • Manage integrations with tools like LeadIQ and Sales Navigator to eliminate data silos and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that visualize key metrics such as Sales pipeline health and Net Retention Rate (NRR).
  • Conduct audits of Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and compliance with established processes.
  • Lead training sessions for Sales and Client Success teams, developing playbooks and documentation to maintain a consistent source of truth.
  • Provide technical support for all revenue-related inquiries, resolving system bugs and user issues promptly.
  • Own the technical framework for revenue forecasting, ensuring leadership has access to accurate data for decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, with a focus on Flows and complex architecture.
  • Certification (ADM-201) is required to validate your expertise.
  • Proven experience configuring Gong for multi-departmental use.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel, particularly with complex formulas and data modeling.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS customer journey from initial contact to renewal and expansion.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical changes to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage significant system changes effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with additional tools in the tech stack such as Spiff and Atrium.
  • Previous roles in revenue operations or similar positions.
  • Familiarity with data governance and integrity best practices.
