About the Role

We are hiring a Remote Regional Property Manager to join The Scion Group, a leader in student housing management. This role is pivotal in managing operations for a portfolio of properties and executing strategic objectives set by the Regional Vice President. As a Remote Regional Property Manager, you will assess risks, create strategies, and implement solutions with your teams, all while thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee staffing and recruitment, hiring, training, and development of all team members.
• Drive initiatives from corporate departments to community team members and execute accordingly.
• Conduct property inspections to review curb appeal, safety standards, and maintenance operations.
• Manage capital improvements and address risk management issues effectively.
• Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to align property management strategies with company goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.
• Proven track record of managing multiple properties effectively.
