About the Role

We're hiring a Remote QA Manager to join Grow Therapy, a pioneering platform dedicated to enhancing mental healthcare accessibility. As a Remote QA Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our software meets the highest quality standards, enabling patients and providers to trust our services during critical moments in their healthcare journey.

What You'll Do

• Lead and scale quality assurance practices across Grow Therapy's platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to integrate quality into every stage of software development.
• Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure reliability and user experience.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
• Passion for improving mental healthcare accessibility and quality.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare industry or with mental health platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.
