Remote Proposal Manager - Life Sciences Focus

As a Remote Proposal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our proposal development and bid submissions, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality proposals.

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing all aspects of proposal development and bid submissions.
• Collaborate with Practice Leaders, business development, and operations teams to collect and manage proposal responses.
• Review and measure the quality of proposals written by others to ensure high standards.
• Lead the proposal development process from creation to bid submission.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate metrics and Key Performance Indicators for proposals.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives, including after-action reviews and scoring of proposal processes.
• Potentially lead part of the Proposal Support Team.

Requirements

• BA or BS in English, liberal arts, business, engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and shift priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM databases is a plus.
• Ability to work within Adobe and Microsoft program templates to comply with corporate standards.

Nice to Have

• Experience in proposal coordination and resource management.
• Familiarity with proposal scoring and process improvement methodologies.
