About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Project Manager to lead our PRP Program in Environmental Remediation. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects remotely, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and delivering high-quality results. As a Remote Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and contribute to sustainable environmental practices.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the PRP Program, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to effectively manage project workflows.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, budgets, and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and external partners to ensure project alignment.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in project management best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Remote Project Manager in environmental remediation or related fields.
  • PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management.
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in wastewater construction or stormwater management.
  • Knowledge of data center networking.
  • Agile and Scrum certifications.
