Remote Project Manager - Agile & Automation Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a critical role in stakeholder communication and documentation, utilizing your expertise in Agile methodologies and automation technologies.

What You'll Do

• Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage SCRUM processes to enhance team productivity.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project status.
• Implement risk assessment strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
• Utilize project management tools such as Wrike, Notion, and Monday.com to track progress and manage resources.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a remote setting.
• Proven track record of managing projects in the IT industry, particularly in automation and logistics.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and PMP certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

• Experience with robotic automation and material handling systems.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
