Remote Project Coordinator - Construction Surveying

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Project Coordinator specializing in Construction Surveying to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will coordinate various aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. As a Remote Project Coordinator, you will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to deliver high-quality results on time.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate construction surveying projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for project planning and design, ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
• Manage vendor relationships and subcontractor coordination to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in financial processing and documentation control, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in construction project management.
• Contribute to a collaborative culture where innovative ideas are welcomed and valued.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or surveying.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and project management software like Procore.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with financial processing and documentation control.
• Knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Sage Intacct and other financial management tools.
• Experience in residential construction projects.
• Certification in project management (PMP or similar).
