About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Product Designer to join our innovative team at Pattern Data. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our AI-powered platform, which is designed to streamline mass tort litigation and claims processing. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a product that directly impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of legal processes.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end interaction and visual design quality across product areas, ensuring that all flows, UI elements, states, and edge cases are meticulously crafted.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Product Managers and Product Owners to explore design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Maintain a cohesive design system that promotes usability and elegance across all product features.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively, bridging the gap between design and development.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices within the team and the broader organization.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to elevate the overall quality of design work.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final outcomes, particularly in UX and interaction design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Understanding of front-end development principles is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
