Remote Product Data Analyst - Drive Insights for Mental Health Solutions
About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Product Data Analyst to join our mission at Big Health, where we aim to help millions return to good mental health through innovative digital solutions. As a Remote Product Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-informed product decisions, enhancing our data democratization efforts, and generating actionable insights that will shape the future of mental health care.
What You'll Do
- Utilize SQL to query data in Snowflake and update data models consistent with our current architecture.
- Employ LookML to enhance Looker dashboards by adding new dimensions, measures, and calculations.
- Create insightful dashboards in Looker and Post Hog to support various company initiatives and OKRs.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior patterns and identify friction points in the user journey.
- Present complex data findings to cross-functional teams, translating them into actionable recommendations.
- Build reports that provide stakeholders with visibility into user engagement and feature adoption.
- Support decision-making around A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses.
- Collaborate with your supervisor and stakeholders to discuss requirements proactively.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product analytics or a related analytical role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets in Snowflake or similar data warehouses.
- Experience with dbt or similar tools for building modular data models.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with BI visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts including hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to convey insights effectively.
- Familiarity with healthcare concepts is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical rigor.
- Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow.
- Understanding of ELT/ETL processes and data integration tools.
