Remote Partner Sales Manager - SaaS Solutions
About the Role
Acceldata is seeking a Remote Partner Sales Manager to lead our efforts in building and scaling revenue-generating partnerships. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners to sell our innovative SaaS solutions. This role is pivotal in driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, ensuring that our partners are well-equipped to contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing partner ecosystems and a proven track record of success in sales.
What You'll Do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact resellers and regional system integrators aligned with Acceldata’s go-to-market strategy.
- Lead partner onboarding programs, including training, certifications, and sales enablement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Proactively drive joint opportunity creation with partners through account mapping and coordinated prospecting.
- Support partners throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Track partner-sourced opportunities in Salesforce, maintaining pipeline hygiene and forecasts.
- Build and manage relationships with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure partner teams.
- Drive co-sell motions and pipeline through hyperscaler partner programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working with channel partners and hyperscaler ecosystems in enterprise software.
- Proven experience in onboarding and enabling partners to generate pipeline and revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to track partner opportunities and assist in closing deals.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Microsoft Azure partner programs.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts.
- Strong organizational skills with experience using Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for partner meetings and events.
- Willingness to work outside standard hours when necessary.
