About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Operations Manager to lead our expansion in Los Angeles. As a key player in our mission, you will design and execute the market entry strategy, ensuring Blank Street becomes the defining food and beverage brand of our generation.

What You'll Do

• Launch and scale Blank Street's presence in Los Angeles, overseeing the operational plan and market entry strategy.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of Baristas and Shift Leads, establishing a gold standard for customer experience.
• Take ownership of the store's financial and operational performance, ensuring excellence in day-to-day operations.
• Transition into a multi-unit Operations Manager role, overseeing 7+ stores within the first year.
• Implement operational playbooks and drive accountability across locations, ensuring consistency in performance and culture.
• Act as the critical link between HQ and the field, ensuring smooth execution and strong performance across all stores.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling operations in a high-growth environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between HQ and field operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
