About the Role

We are hiring a Remote Operations Manager to join Kimball Equipment Company, a leader in the aggregate mining and supply industry since 1946. In this role, you will support all operational functions at our Corona, California location, ensuring that our day-to-day operations align with company goals and customer expectations. What You'll Do

• Work closely with the General Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations and achieve sales, service, and financial objectives.
• Become proficient in the company ERP system and identify training needs to support accurate and efficient system use.
• Align with the General Manager to ensure seamless coordination with inside and outside sales, supporting both customer satisfaction and overall branch performance.
• Collaborate with the warehouse manager to ensure efficient processes for inventory movement, fulfillment, and workflow optimization.
• Develop, implement, and enforce safety standards and operational procedures to maintain a safe, compliant work environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Proficient in ERP systems and operational processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements.
